Disco - Dam

“Disco” (Ch Baikadunia, AX, AXJ, Stds, CGC) was adopted to carry on Unia, her dam’s incredible talents as a Welt Cup winner, agility dog.  Unia was one of the most incredibly talented, driven dogs with tremendous “heart” I’ve ever met and at 9 ½ years old, she often tops some of the world’s fastest dogs including the border collies who tend to be dominant in the sport of agility.  Unia d’Ajelpajo was bred to Ch Megaspirit’s All for One, Sch BH, CGC who fully trained in protection, obedience and tracking to achieve the schutzhund 3 but has not been trialed as yet.  Atos is highly social and eager to please and his temperament was scene throughout the litter along with Unia’s incredible athletic abilities.  The litter, an outcross, was very consistent and stable.

Disco obtained her AKC championship 8 shows in a row out of the puppy classes.  She was not bred for “pretty” but was gorgeous and a superior quality jumper.  Her temperament is very social and she is highly prey and food motivated.  She beat specials and adult males with pro handlers to obtain her 4 point majors, all of this out of the puppy classes.

Orsam de Salte Cabre - Sire

Orsam de Salte Cabre was a wonderful discovery, a Groenendael down from Malinois who has competed at the highest levels in French Ringsport and Mondioring.   Orsam is very very social around people and other dogs and show no stress when other intact males posture towards him.  He is highly confident and strong, much more than I hoped to find.  He jumps the maximums in French Ringsport and Mondioring in the broad jump, the hurdle and the palisade at eight years of age.

Orsam competed in the finals in the 2004 French Ringsport Selectifs in France where only the top dogs are chosen to compete  because they have earned the necessary scores .  Also, in 2005, he was the first Belgian Groenendael to compete in the Mondioring finals in France.  I was able to travel to France to meet this wonderful dog.  Today, Orsam has the highest titles among the Groenendael in France.

The intention of this litter was to bring the stable nerve and drives from the working Malinois behind Orsam into the Groenendael to achieve working quality Groenendaels that also fit the breed standard.
