Teaching you how to train your own horse: Starting Colts & Green Horses, Fixing Problem Behaviors
Judy has been training horses for over 50 years. She developed her "firm but gentle" methods after working with trainers Stan Steyskal, Lester Pedicord, and Chuck Kibbler. She combines natural horsemanship methods with simple snaffle bit training to create confident, safe, responsive horses. She is able to pass on these methods to owners so that they can train their own horses and develop a true partnership, which leads to happy, pleasant, peaceful riding in any discipline. She also incorporates desensitization training to create a horse that stops and looks at "spooky" things rather than running away.
